Diamonds you can build on

Touch Stone supplies natural diamonds to jewellery and watch houses and to the manufacturers who work with them — from calibrated stones in every size to fancy shapes and larger certified diamonds. Whatever the stone, our clients depend on it to keep their own work moving. A parcel that arrives late or not quite right holds up everything else.

We are a family business based in Antwerp, built so that it doesn't happen.

OUR STORY

Four decades, one rule

Manish N. Shah came to Antwerp to learn the diamond trade. He spent his first years working for others, learning the business from the inside, before founding Touch Stone in 2000.

The rule he built it on has never changed: clients receive exactly what was agreed, exactly when it was agreed. He has always believed that money comes and goes but reputation stays — and that a reputation is built one delivery at a time.

HOW WE WORK

One chain, from rough to client

We keep that rule by doing the work ourselves. Rough is issued from our office in Mumbai and goes to our manufacturing unit in Surat to be cut, polished and calibrated. Every polished parcel is then checked in Mumbai before it leaves India.

In Antwerp we look after our clients. Orders, deliveries and returns are handled here, and we hold stock for stones that are needed quickly.

All three sites are certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council. Around 300 people work across them.
